Implementation fidelity, sustainability, inclusion best-practice and reduction in behaviour that challenges may be measurable outcomes when specific approaches and tools are utilised.

Program-wide implementation (PWI) hubs

PRECI in WA and Pyramid Model Australia in NSW and Victoria are working with Pyramid Model Consortium to support implementation in participating sites. Benchmarks of Quality and Leadership Implementation Checklists guide the approach. Leadership teams, an external Pyramid Model Coach and extensive Pyramid Model Practices training support sustainable implementation. Evidence-based TPOT, TPITOS, BIR and Implementation Checklists supplement data and measure change.

If your service is ready to consider program-wide implementation, contact the Executive Office to determine appropriate training and coaching. PMA will collaborate in grant applications to support this approach.
